We organize our schedule in such a way that we run on time! We do not double-book; time is reserved for each patient. We respect and value your time as much as ours! Prior to every visit, Lori calls to remind each patient of the day and time of their appointment. She also obtains the necessary information from the insurance company and informs them of the predetermined amount of coverage. Each staff member is attentive to making patient visits as comfortable as they can, showing interest in their personal lives, offering music of their choice, providing sunglasses to lessen the eye strain from the lighting and answering any questions our patients may have.
